Our team
Although Salon owner Wilma Burke has mastered the craft during her 40 years in hair and beauty industry, she and her team strive to learn new techniques and current trends.
Her knowledge and enthusiasm has led her to become a hairdressing lecturer/salon trainer, as well as organising Bristol’s first big Afro hair show on two occasions and charity events to raise money for rheumatoid arthritis.
Over the years, team Pride has won several business awards and hairstyles from the salon have featured in several editions of the Black Beauty and Hair magazines.

We offer a free consultation service to each client. Our experience stylists are always available to advise clients on the best way to preserve/maintain their hair between salon visits, and to ensure the best products are used to achieve the desired style.
